Career Launcher one of the
most prominent Training Institutes in Allahabad organized a seminar at Hotel
Milan Palace on 2nd December. The topic of the seminar was “Law= Career of the
future.
The aforesaid topic remains
one of the most pertinent questions that lie in the mind of students who are
preparing for different entrance examinations.The seminar addressed one of the
major worries for anxious students and parents as to what to do after the class
XIIth boards, especially for students who do not or cannot opt for
either Engineering or Medicinestreams.
The seminar was addressed
by Mr. Danish Hasnain, a pass out from NLSIU (National Law School of India
University), Bengaluru.
Mr.
Danish who is currently working as a legal consultant to Planning Commission of
India and has also worked as Research Assistant to Hon’ble Chief Justice of
India, among numerous other important profiles and is currently in charge of
the LST (Law School Tutorial) course for Career Launcher India. The LST (Law
School Tutorial) course and Career Launcher have been authorized by most
prominent National Law Schools/Universities to spread awareness about the 5
year law programme for which entry is sought through CLAT (common law admission
test), LSAT (law school admission test) or some other independent entrance
tests held by Law Schools independently.
Mr.
Danish spoke on various aspects about a career in law. His objective was to
help the students to decide the further course of their career. He remarked
that his aim was to create awareness as to how L.L.B. from National Law Schools
would be a wise decision. He spoke about the potential and Importance of
studying law in India. law. He spoke about the Law schools in India and the
placement prospects therein. Perhaps the most interesting thing about his talk
was his experience at NLSIU Bangalore and his experiences after passing out
from there. He gave several tips on how to get into a law school and how to
prepare for the entrance examinations? Why law has become the best career
choice?He rounded off his talk by explaining how Career Launcher would help the
aspirants in cracking the Law School Entrance Test?
The
wrap-up speaker was Mr. Sneharth Yadav LST anchor CL Allahabad who informed
that Career Launcher Allahabad was holding a free counselling on Law as a
career on 3rd , 4th and 5th December 2012 and that all students and parents
should take advantage of it.
The
entire event was the brain-child of Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, CEO, Panacea People
Group and Mr. Vishal Gulati, Director Career launcher Allahabad. The latter
hoped that the event proved fruitful for the invited audience and helped clear
to some extent, the confusion regarding options and law as a career.
Mr.
Shashank Somvanshi, Centre Head, Career Launcher Allahabad announced that fresh
batches for CLAT would start from 6th December 2012. Logistical and operational
backup was provided by Mr. Brian and Aparna.
